The shipping estimates that are given at checkout are auto-generated per the shipping service, that timing is not a guarantee, it is an estimate subject to change at any time. Typical shipping times are between 3-10 business days.
At this time we do not offer refunds for shipping costs for orders that are not delivered by their estimated delivery date. This includes all Domestic & International shipping carriers offered in check out.
Required Signature Deliveries: In the event no one is available to sign, a note will be left indicating the attempted delivery, and will provide instructions to receive your package. After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to Heavens Flower CBD. After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to Heavens Flower CBD.
**Expect Shipping Delays: Carriers are still experiencing increased delivery times and lags on tracking at the moment. If your order hasn't moved in over seven days, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for an update.
We make every attempt to fulfill your orders in a timely manner, however, we cannot guarantee delivery times with the current state of our shipping carriers. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly, traffic flow for packages can change at any time.
An Email Confirmation will be sent once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped soon thereafter with tracking information.
